I am writing to register a strong complaint regarding my recent journey on your bus service. This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I have ever had due to the terrible condition of the vehicle and the utterly unprofessional, rude behavior of your driver and conductor. Below are the details of the journey: • Date of Journey: [16/10/26] The conductor’s behavior was utterly disgusting and highly unprofessional. He was extremely rude from the moment passengers boarded the bus. Instead of managing tickets calmly, he was shouting at everyone, using arrogant language, and treating passengers with zero respect. When asked a simple question about the stops, he responded with anger and used abusive, offensive words. His toxic attitude created an incredibly hostile and unsafe environment inside the bus, especially for families and women.

I wish I could upload a picture of the pathetic condition of these travels. They've made this bus a general bogie of train. It's pathetic. I wish there was another word in the English vocabulary which described pathetic more than it. So so so so so bad. I would never ever travel in this bus ever again or ever recommend anyone ever.

Overall, the journey could be improved in a few areas. No blanket was provided, and the seat cover was torn on the side. There was also no option to turn the AC on or off, and the mobile charging socket was not working. The bus also arrived quite late, which was inconvenient. If you are planning to travel on this bus, it may be a good idea to carry your own blanket, especially since the AC cannot be adjusted. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to make the journey more comfortable for passengers.
