Nice experience.

Before I travelled this same bus, they kept to their time but nowadays they casually came 1.5 hours late.

Very poor service, with unacceptable facilities and mismanagement. My experience with this bus operator was extremely disappointing from the beginning. First, I called the operator using the contact number provided to confirm the pickup location. He gave me an address, but when I asked for the exact location, he told me to check Google Maps and find it myself. After checking Google Maps, I called him again to confirm the location, but he said he did not know and could not provide any information before disconnecting the call. Eventually, the driver contacted me and provided the pickup details. Another major issue was the boarding time. The booking showed the boarding time as 9:30 PM, but the driver informed me that I had to reach by 8:30 PM because the bus would leave at that time. This caused unnecessary stress, and I had to rush to catch the bus. Such a significant difference in boarding time was unacceptable and should not happen. The facilities inside the bus were equally disappointing. The toilet provided on the bus was tied shut with a rope, and when I asked about it, I was told that it could not be used because there was no water. The charging ports were also not working. When I asked about charging my phone, I was told to come to the driver's cabin and plug it in there. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a long-distance journey. Due to the non-functional charging ports, my phone battery eventually died, leaving me unable to contact the person who was supposed to pick me up at my destination. As a result, I faced considerable inconvenience and unnecessary trouble. I would like to acknowledge that the staff's behavior was okay. However, decent staff behavior did not compensate for the inconvenience, poor facilities, lack of proper communication, and difficulties I experienced throughout the journey. Passengers paid for a complete service, not just acceptable staff behavior. Please take responsibility for the services provided through the platform. Allowing operators to provide such poor facilities and unreliable boarding information could seriously damage your reputation and customer trust. I requested that you investigate this incident and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and difficulties I faced. I hoped this complaint was taken seriously and that proper action was taken to prevent other passengers from experiencing the same problems.

In the bus toilet was smelling and bad odour was coming into the bus in the lower sleeper berth level.

Driver John very uncultured, he does not know how to speak with passengers. Myself and my family are very much disappointed, and also reached 5 hours late at my destination.

Bus was convenient for travel, but dropping time was 2.5 hours later than the scheduled time.
