Could provide a pillow for sleep comfort, and head room in upper berth is low, so please mind it while boarding.

While booking, the bus showed it had a toilet but the bus didn't have one, and the bus captain wasn't ready to stop as the bus was already delayed. Also, his behaviour was the worst.

Very very worst service. Terrific bad travel experience. Bus staff's behaviour very rude. Agency staff speaking rudely. They didn’t attend the phone calls and cancelled the bus at the last moment. Don’t waste your money.

Very worst experience, drunken staff, no response, and no care about the passenger. A day with lots of bad instances with all passengers by the operator. Transport authority would definitely block this operator. Unsafe and bad people operated this bus..
