Terrible. Mysore to Bangalore they took us by van since there were only four passengers including us, and before reaching our pick-up point in Bangalore, the van was not operating and asked us to book another cab. Worst.

The bus staff were polite, decent, and supportive. AC was good, and a water bottle was provided. However, the seating and sleeping space was very congested, making it uncomfortable to stretch my legs or sleep properly. The pillow was too hard, and the bus was around 2 hours late. Overall, the staff service was good, but the comfort and punctuality need improvement.

My bus broke down during the journey, and we were stranded for almost 8 hours. Initially, no alternative vehicle was arranged, leaving passengers waiting for a very long time without proper assistance. An alternative vehicle was arranged only after 8 hours of waiting. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted our valuable time, and disrupted our travel plans. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of timely support.

I am booking bus was slim to Mysore sleeper couch but Salem to Bangalore electricity after they changed to travels on electricity to Mysore on travels and seater and not sufficient space also not there.
