very very bad service. the bus from Pune to Hyderabad took 13 hours for the journey. The usual travel time is 8-9 hours and it took 13 hours. 5 hours late. The conductor was rude and the bus was caught by the check post for fine as they had not paid the road tax or something.. The bus was supposed to reach Hyderabad by 8 am but it reached at 1pm.. Passengers were angry and disappointed. .. RED BUS.. your choice of bus selecting is deteriorating day by day..
