Till 15 minutes past scheduled time, we didnt know where and when bus will arrive.. No one was answering phone.. Then one person asked us to cross across the road and board a bus.. Bus started 30 minutes late.. I requested bus staff to drop me at Bomannahalli.. But bus dropped me 15 kilometers before Bomannahalli.. I couldnt recognize that place and had to walk to get an Auto.. Paid Rs.300 to reach Bomannahalli.. I wouldnt recommend Orange Tour and Travel to my friends..
Had a nice journey. Reached tambaram within 7 hours and 15 mins, might due to the travel on Saturday. But its good.
Worst behavior by staff n booked seats were not allotted.. Bus quality is bad and very bad punctuality..
Good part about the bus - the seat lights were working which does not work in majority of the buses and quality was good. There was a mike system to announce the bus stop name. Bad part was they did not announce all the stops which other buses usually announce.
