They should stop atleast once en route..in decent comfort room. Aged and women passengers have to relieve while travelling in air conditioned buses during night time

Bus suppose to departure around 5:45AM but it started only by 9:15AM. Had a worst experience. No proper response.
First point language problem then there is no pick up van, they called at 9.15 pm and he was not able to speak in English bus was ok.
