Worst bus service – Highly disappointing experience. My experience was absolutely terrible. The actual bus location was far from the location shown online, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The bus was treated more like a goods truck than a passenger bus. They loaded so much luggage on top that it looked like transporting goods was more important than passenger comfort. The seats were dirty, the pillows were in terrible condition, and there were no bedsheets anywhere in the entire bus. They had even loaded luggage throughout the bus, making the whole experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bus departed 30 minutes late and reached the destination 1 hour late. There was no proper comfort, cleanliness, or punctuality. Honestly, this was one of the worst bus journeys I have ever experienced. Passengers pay for a comfortable journey, not to travel in a bus that looks and operates like a truck carrying goods. I would never recommend to anyone. Think twice before booking this bus, because your money and comfort deserve much better than this terrible service.
