Very poor punctuality. Reached more than one hour late. At the pickup point, there was also a delay. It's more than a 10-hour journey. They stopped only once to use the rest stop. It's too difficult for the children and elderly people. Live tracking was not working. Staff behaviour was quite good compared with my previous experience with Venky bus. Last month, I also booked a ticket for my husband on Venky bus. Bus left 15 minutes early. When we asked about that, staff behaviour was rude.
