Very poor service by Travels. I booked bus but at the last minute, the driver of another bus asked me to board 7 km away near Kapalur Toll Gate at 11:55 PM. This caused severe mental stress and an extra ₹xxx auto expense.

wrost ever, bus was scheduled at 10:30pm and it came around 1am. he stopped 4times due to air check, brake check and door was stucked in middle. booked seats were not available, someone took it and driver told to use another seat and it was uncomfortable. totally it's a nightmare

Very disappointing experience. The journey took a lot of time, and despite the bus already being delayed, the driver stopped the bus 3–4 times unnecessarily. There was no electricity/charging facility either. Overall, a very poor experience.

Bus arrived after 1.5 hours to the boarding point, driver was really very harsh, doesn't feel more comfortable with sleeper pillow bump. Will never book travels again.

Nothing was good. The small fans were so dirty and stinking. The curtains smelled like rats. The bus was 1 hour late for pickup and 3 hours late for dropping. Worst experience.
