Dear All kindly note I had been traveling to Bangalore every weekend or at least twice in a month since last 12 years I had the nightmare journey for the first time driver was driving very rash. and the supporting staff was drunk and rude it was stinking when he got inside the seating area. I doubted that I will reach Bangalore safely. Driving was so unsafe. He was racing with other smart line travel which was blue in color. Please take necessary actions no warnings for this kind of attitude. I need compensation. Also I think Bangalore either Madiwala or ecity rto have warned him today Consider this email as a caution to save lives. My details Palakkad to Bangalore Nov 1st 10.40 pickup chandra nagar bypass.

The live tracking wasn’t working, and the blankets and bedsheets felt like they hadn’t been washed in ages. They were dusty and clearly unclean.

Bus delayed by 2 hours.

Bus broke down and got almost 2 hours late to reach which caused major inconvenience.

Bus didn't even stop at my boarding spot.

Late drop around 3 hours and not acknowledging.

Price is XXXX for semi sleeper and running 3 hours late.

If you are travelling on an emergency, better don't depend on this bus operator because you may not reach your destination on time.

Very bad.

It's a good bus... the driver was a good person, blankets were provided and AC was also good. I reached around 9... made me reach on time.
