Very worst experience. I had a very disappointing experience. I booked the 10:10 bus only because of an emergency. I reached Kilambakkam bus stand at 10:30 PM, but the driver waited for just 7 minutes and left, resulting in a complete loss of my ₹xxx ticket fare. What makes this experience even worse is that a government bus was waiting for around 30 minutes, picking up passengers before departing. I have travelled several times, including in July when I booked a bus from Chennai to Thuraiyur. On that occasion, the bus itself started 15 minutes late because a passenger had not arrived, and the staff waited for that passenger. If this travels can wait 15 minutes for a delayed passenger on one occasion, why couldn't they show the same consideration today? I understand that passengers should arrive on time, but the lack of consistency and customer consideration was extremely disappointing. I have booked with bus operator multiple times, but this experience has seriously affected my trust in the service. I lost ₹xxx without getting the service I paid for. I request bus operator to look into this incident and refund my ₹xxx. I hope the management improves its customer service and treats all passengers fairly.

Very bad experience. The driver was very rude. When I looked at my phone for 10 seconds to check my seat number, he shouted at me to tell him fast. Later, he refused to turn on the main fan switch. He told me to just open the window. My mother is a patient and she was sweating a lot without air. Very careless and disrespectful behavior. I could not even sleep because the driving was very rough and reckless. I was shaking from side to side the entire time and hit my head on the steel bar two times.
