Overall, my journey was good.

This is my first experience and so bad. At the first boarding point, the bus did not come. The bus driver is also not responsible and it was a very bad experience.

I did not travel as the bus was delayed by more than 2 hours. It was a very worst experience. I had to stand on the road with a 9-month-old baby and wife. Never gonna book this bus again.

Don't choose this bus. It was a very unsafe journey. The driver was talking on the phone while driving, and the bus hit the back of a lorry. The driver's behavior was irresponsible, and he didn't provide any explanation after the accident. I do not recommend traveling on this bus.

This was the worst travel experience. The bus driver's behavior was ruthless, the AC was poor, and the entire journey felt like a waste of money. I would only give this service one star.

I was waiting at the pickup point for one and a half hours but the bus was delayed by 2 hours and I had to book another bus to reach Srinagar on time and I was unable to cancel the bus and had no refund or reimbursement.

There were no updates properly compared to make my trip. In this bus, they didn't even provide a water bottle.

Bus was overheating, driver couldn't drive more than 30-40km/h. Ac was completely pathetic. It took more than 6 hours extra to drop.

The bus was completely shaking and not comfortable with driving. As it mentioned the drop point in Chirala railway station, he dropped at the outer area, so it was a completely unsatisfactory journey.
