They don't know how to talk, don't have clean toilets and I booked  but the bus which came was named.

Nice travelling with this bus.

Terrible experience, driver yelled and abused for pick-up navigation, denied water and no washroom facilities also refused to stop. Please pay XXX-XXX extra and go with a brand rather than this bus.

Words can't describe how bad it was.

No curtains, what do you expect? How should I sleep, that also travelling to Ahmedabad. And 11:50 drop to Shahi Baug, the bus driver stopped at Naroda. Seriously, 1:30 I reached Ahmedabad. The worst bus experience ever.

Driver behavior was not good.

The departure time from isbt was 1645 hrs and I was late by 5 min. The contact person told me that they would not hold the bus for me and asked me to come near the crossing outside the isbt. At boarding, the conductor asked me to pay for the packet I had carried. He told me that this was extra from luggage and asked XXXXX.

Rude behavior of staff, especially driver. Not stopped in whole journey.

Firstly, the bus came very late and then I was at the boarding point I had selected, but he was shouting on the call and saying that he would not pick me and that I was making the bus late even though I was at the right boarding point. The staff was very rude.

Very bad experience, driver was very very rude, bus is super dirty, water bottles are super dirty, you can't sit on seats. yuck though.
