Bus came very late, and they didn’t even drop us at the proper bus stop. They dropped everyone at some other place. Staff behavior was also very bad. Very poor service and a disappointing experience.

My bus is delayed for 1.30 with and they didn't even called me and inform to me, its a worst experience.

Rest stop hygiene can be improved.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Travel Experience My journey was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff’s rude and unprofessional behaviour made the experience even more unpleasant. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor, making the journey uncomfortable from start to finish. To make matters worse, the pickup point was changed without any prior notification, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards. Poor cleanliness, discourteous staff, and a complete lack of proper communication reflect a serious failure in customer service. What should have been a comfortable journey turned into a truly miserable experience. I strongly advise the management to take immediate action to improve staff behaviour, maintain proper cleanliness, and ensure that passengers are informed in advance of any changes. This level of service is unacceptable, and I certainly would not recommend this bus service unless significant improvements are made.

The best bus I have ever travelled in. Very kind driver and caretaker. Food was too good.
