Worst experience of my life.

He did not wait for 10 minutes. I missed my bus. I need my money refund.

There was no inside curtain for my seat.

AC was too high. After complaining repeatedly, they didn't turn it down. As it was cold weather, AC isn't desired. Secondly, wrong pickup address and also wrong drop point.

Give less comfort but in less amount I had an idea I won't be getting any. Also, the bus pickup point was shifted to a different location causing me to travel extra and a delay in bus departure as well. Also, while I went to use the washroom, I saw the driver using phone while driving. It made me fear a lot. I won't suggest you travel until you have no other options.

Worst travel experience ever, never again. I recently travelled in this bus and it was a horrible experience. The seats were extremely dirty and stinking, the entire floor was full of garbage. The washroom was so dirty that you could not even stand near it. It was completely unhygienic. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. No manners on how to talk to passengers. Zero customer service. The bus service was pathetic and bad. I wanted to never ever travel in this bus again and I strongly advised no one to travel in this bus. Wastage of money. Please avoid.
