No on time in department place.

The driver behaved rudely. My boarding point is Gobi, and the scheduled time was 11:20 PM. I tried calling him three times, but he only reached Gobi at 12:10 AM. When I called, he asked why I was calling so many times and spoke very rudely. As a driver, he should inform the correct bus timings. I was waiting at the boarding point from 11:00 PM to 12:10 AM—almost more than an hour. This is not a good way to communicate with a customer.

No charging point. Worst worst worst.

I booked AC bus, but got a non AC bus. The bus was not at all hygienic and didn't even provide a water bottle. On top of all this, they changed the pickup point and timings. I had booked for 10:45, but boarded the bus at 9:30. The driver was letting me in since he was not able to update the details on the software. I had to stand with my luggage for 30 mins.

seat is dirty, trip is finished on time.

I wanted to get down in Majestic but they dropped me in the market.

It's good but the windows are very tight, can't open easily. Otherwise, it's good.
