I had booked an AC bus but the bus operator gave excuses and a non AC bus arrived. Bedsheet on seats was dirty. And the driver's driving was very poor. We kept jumping off the seats all the time. Very bad experience. At least I should have got the AC that I had paid for.

Please change rest stop, it's very unhygienic and provide blanket.

The journey was very uncomfortable due to the driver’s rash driving. While trying to sleep, I was repeatedly thrown up from my seat because the bus was crossing speed breakers and rough roads at high speed. As a result, I could not sleep throughout the journey. This type of driving can be dangerous and may cause injuries, especially to passengers’ backs and spine. Drivers should be more mindful of passenger comfort and should slow down appropriately on speed breakers and uneven roads. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and provides better driver training to ensure a safer and more comfortable travel experience for passengers.

Bus was delayed by 4 hours.

Ac was not working in the morning, and the window was open. Not hygienic.

First, the bus did not arrive as per the time schedule. The AC was not working, and the sleeper sheet was very dirty and also not comfortable for sleeping.
