Everything is very good. They give water bottle. The journey was very good and safe.

Staff very good and on time bus. No delays at all, but it was a jerky ride and I couldn't sleep even with L3 seat which is at the front. Please check the bus condition so that we have a smooth travel. The Friday night bus was also on time but with a smooth travel.

Due to heavy traffic, we missed the bus. To reach a point which is 4 kms from my home, we started 45 minutes earlier. Instead of taking the highway, we took the service road thinking the highway was blocked. The bus time is 8:15 and we reached the point at 8:35. It's fine. But we followed them for 22 kms. Staff helped us by providing live tracking. At last, I requested them, see we are following you for 22 kms - at Shantinagar, at least wait for us. But both the driver and the sub conductor denied and told us they would wait for less time due to traffic. My husband somehow managed to drop us and we never wasted even one minute of their time. But as a lady customer with a child, please ask your staff to show some empathy. All credits to my husband who took so much effort to help us board the bus and thanks to the staff for live tracking and support, except for the last part of the conversation with both the driver and conductor when I requested not to take the bus. After reaching, the bus was moving and we really panicked. But the bus ride was smooth.

The interior of the bus, the sleeper seat and the amenities were all good, but the driving was very bad. Fast driving and sudden brakes. The bus was turning to the left and right so many times instead of being steady.

More than 2 hours late.

Bus was comfortable. However, got delayed reaching Bengaluru due to various reasons.

Bus starting time and arrival time delayed even during weekdays, driving was hard, could be smoother.
