The staff are fraud people. I booked a lower bunk sleeper seat for XXXX for the 10:35 PM departure bus. But they themselves changed my booking to a 9:20 PM departure bus and I spoke to the staff that it was not possible for me to catch the 9:20 PM bus as I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Howrah in a train and would arrive likely by 9:00 PM. The staff told me do not worry just ignore the message and reach the bus depot by 10:00 PM and you will get the bus. I reached the bus depot at 9:35 PM drenched in rain on a bike only to discover that the bus left at 9:30 PM. I called the staff at least 30 times. The phone kept ringing but they did not receive the call. At that moment, I was rushing around for help and support to catch the bus. The staff told me to come to Burdhaman and catch the bus there, which was 2.5 hours away from Khidderpore depot. These guys were complete fraud and I was going to file a case in consumer court for compensation, loss of time, money and harassment.

Very bad experience.

The bus stopped well before the destination and refused to move further. Rude behaviour of staff for pickup and wrong location for destination.

Too late no punctuality. We still haven’t reached but yet asking feedback.

5 hours late and bus was not really good.

Pathetic in short, after contacting your customer service, I have not received any solution. I don’t know if this type of service continues with this type of bus contractor, how it will run in the long term.

I am writing to register an urgent and serious complaint regarding gross deficiency of service, fraudulent bus allocation, and severe harassment faced on a booking made. Booking details passenger name Ananta Mayadhar staff vehicle registration BR01PS8948 booked route Kolkata to Guwahati scheduled journey 16 October 2026 09:10 PM to 17 October 2026 09:00 PM total amount paid XXXX key issues and grievances 1 misrepresentation and substandard vehicle I paid a premium fare of over XXXX specifically for an AC Seater Sleeper bus. Upon boarding, the vehicle had no working air conditioning, no charging points, and dilapidated, unstable seats that could be shifted. 2 undisclosed bus transfer at no point during the booking process was it disclosed that this was a connecting service. Mid-journey, the passenger was informed that the bus would terminate at Siliguri, where he would have to switch to another bus to reach Guwahati. 3 unacceptable delays and degrading connecting bus the bus was scheduled to reach Siliguri by 9:00 AM on 17 October, but arrived at 6:00 PM, over 9 hours late. At Siliguri, the passenger was forced onto an abysmal, rickety non-AC bus with zero basic amenities. 4 rude and unaccountable operator when I called the staff to seek an explanation, he casually dismissed the issue, stating with utter audacity that next time this would not be repeated, showing no concern for the passenger stranded mid-route. 5 critical disruption of travel plans the passenger had been in transit since 15 October. He was supposed to reach Guwahati tonight so we could proceed on our planned trip to Arunachal Pradesh tomorrow, 18 October. Because of this 9-hour delay and physically draining ordeal, our entire itinerary was now on the brink of cancellation. 6 failure of customer support and unusable chatbot to make matters worse, they provided practically zero human customer support during an ongoing emergency. The chatbot was completely useless. It ran in frustrating loops, repeated irrelevant automated responses, offered no escalation mechanism, and made it impossible to connect with an actual representative when urgent assistance was required. In light of this clear breach of contract, false representation, and extreme distress, I demand 1 immediate escalation and monitoring of the connecting bus to ensure safe arrival in Guwahati. 2 a full refund of XXXX. 3 appropriate compensation for mental harassment, physical fatigue, and disruption of our planned travel itinerary. If this matter was not addressed promptly, I would escalate this complaint along with all relevant evidence to the National Consumer Helpline and consumer forum.

Bus does not come on time and destination missed

No 1 seat they have mentioned, it's a fraud, it's just seat behind driver seat, worst experience, bus broke down at 2:00 am, whole night bus wasn't moved, worst experience.
