Worst experience.

This travel was really great because I travelled from Pondicherry to Nagapattinam and I was the only passenger travelling. Remaining seats were empty, but the travels didn't cancel the trip. They came without any hesitation. Sree Jothi travels, I really appreciate this.

Good.

My dropping time was 9:45 but I only reached my drop point by 12 am. The driver drove the bus in the opposite direction for at least 30 km midway, which was uninformed to the passengers. When asked, there was no proper response from them. Seats were not clean, and maintenance was very poor. Worst time management. Pathetic experience. Please never ever book this bus.

The trip felt very uncomfortable due to the lack of basic facilities like curtains, fans and light. Also, the cleanliness of the bus can be improved. The rest stops were okay, not bad. They were on time on pickup, but the bus was delayed by 4 hrs while dropping.

Super travels.

Waste.

The worst experience I had with the bus, I thought I could make it on time for the function for which I booked the bus, but this is worst that the bus is 2.5 hrs delayed from the provided time, which is not even fair. I demand compensation here. Also, the quality of the bus is too poor—having bad smells, no lights, broken charge points, etc.

Bus breakdown, tyre burst, it will reach Tirunelveli by 1 to 2 pm. Cannot attend the function as planned on time, hence returning back from the breakdown location. The good thing is the same company bus was onboarded for returning.

Very worst and not good.
