Interior is very good 1 star for that, service is good but behavior of staffs is trash and also there is no toilet inside.

Overall everything was on Point, nothing as such to complain about. Just the wifi was missing but i think that was not/will be a major issue for anyone as nowadays majority has their own internet access and u will get better speeds in ur phone rather than using the shared wifi. So if u r planning to get the experience u can easily consider them.

No snacks were provided on the route. Not a complaint but just feedback as it was shown on amenities but was not provided.

Busy suspension was too bad.

there wasn't a single space to keep my Luggage in the luggage section and I had to sit with it all night and when asked the crew member said that the luggage section was full. This is a very unprofessional act of service that should not be done.

Blanket should be cleaned properly.

One of the worst bus journeys I had ever experienced. The bus was supposed to depart from Esplanade Bus Stand, but it departed almost 4 hours late. What was even more shocking was that we finally reached Siliguri nearly 6 hours later than the scheduled arrival time. The service was completely unprofessional. Passengers were being picked up from random roadside locations instead of following proper boarding points. This created unnecessary delays, confusion, and tremendous inconvenience for passengers. A delay of this magnitude was absolutely unacceptable. If the operator could not maintain the scheduled departure and arrival times, they should at least inform passengers properly instead of keeping them waiting for hours. Very poor time management, poor passenger handling, and extremely disappointing service. I would strongly recommend that the management looked into this issue seriously. Passengers paid for a service, not to waste an entire day waiting on the road. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.
