Overall nice experience. Staff is very professional.

The worst bus ever! The staff is extremely rude and the seats are very dirty. We were two friends travelling, they did not provide water bottle and blanket. When I asked for the blanket they told us to share a single blanket. We are a girl and a boy and we were not provided separate blankets. The bus controller did not even inform us of the washroom stops and it was terrible to hold your urge for hours! The pillows and seat were extremely dirty. AC vent was broken, could not turn off the AC and without blanket it became terrible. Want serious action to be taken against the bus staff and agency. I also demand a refund for this horrible travel experience which was no less than a night long torture.

Staff behavior very bad, not dropped at estimated location.

Everything was not good. Other buses provide blankets and water, but Raj Travels didn't provide these facilities. Driving was very fast and rude. Seats are not good.

Good Part:- Driving. On Board and off board time.(We reached destination 30 minutes late, however that's not a huge hassle. Staff behaviour was decent, driver did stop when someone is in urgent need of hygiene break. Areas of Improvement Cleanliness (there was a lot of dust on seats) No blankets or pillows, open ac duct, which freezes me out. It would be appreciated if there was a timely stop for hygiene check. 1-2 stops last for 15-30, and rest stops were on desperate need of passengers. I was on front sitting seat, which has almost no leg room.

Pillow and bedsheet were in the worst condition, very dirty. After reminders, I was not given a blanket and could not sleep the whole night due to the cold AC.

Very rood behavior.

No blanket, dirty mat, very late arrival.

Blanket has a smell and there is no water bottle given
