Good service.

Punctuality was not maintained due to bus breakdown. After that, 2 hrs delay reached at destination. GPS was also not working after bus started. Overall very good.

Most of the seats' armrest and footrest were either broken or loose.

Before time drop it's good, but seats are not clean, mobile charging is not working. It's average.

Since bus was 2 hours late we reached late night. Bus did not drop us at the dropping point. It's so unsafe.

Please give pillow.

Absolute worst bus service and pathetic experience! First of all, the driver and staff are completely mannerless and misbehaved with passengers right at the time of boarding. They have zero basic courtesy or professionalism. Secondly, despite reminding them clearly about our destination, they didn't bother to inform us when we arrived there and dropped us off at a completely different, wrong location, causing massive trouble and confusion in the middle of the night. To top it all off, the ticket collector and management were utterly unhelpful. I strongly advise everyone never to book tickets with this bus service or travel with them. Save your money, time, and mental peace, and choose any other reliable transport instead. Zero stars if possible.
