Worst ever experience worst bus I had ever seen you should never book bus in long journey this bus should stop immediately. Not at all comfortable seating. Lot of disturbance you can't even sleep for 1 second in this bus.

On 1.11.2026 I travelled from Pachmarhi (Madhya Pradesh) to Bhopal. My experience of this journey was very terrible as the bus condition was very bad. The driver, conductor and cleaner were quarrelling with one another.

Okay okay.

Sarvish is very very bad.

Fraud Bus operator and staff also, don't book this bus. They didn't have any kind of kindness towards passenger's.

This travel was not at all safe as the staff could be seen drunk with no proper instruction to conduct the customer to their seats. The bus environment was creepy enough and i need to say from the safety point of view it was not at all good as any new passenger would join mid in the journey like train and would try to adjust with the seats which we have already booked.

I signaled the driver, but he still did not stop the bus. Consequently, I had to chase it for a long distance, which caused me considerable distress.

Absolutely pathetic service. The vehicle number on the provided ticket and the actual vehicle number were different. The condition of the bus itself was horrible. Damaged seats and windows. Also had to pay the price of AC ticket for non AC bus. Avoid this bus if you want a comfortable journey.

Seat was not clean.

The bus is in a terrible state, and the staff are drunk.
