I booked for bus scheduled at 12:10 PM. I arrived at 12 at the pick-up point and called the contact person and got to know that my bus was cancelled. I did not get any cancellation email or message regarding that until I called the contact person at 12 PM. They said that it was cancelled and I had been assigned to another bus which would arrive at 12:30. Then at 12:25 PM I got a message that my newly assigned bus was at 1:00 PM. I had to wait for 1 hour 10 minutes under the hot sun at the stoppage even when I prebooked my seat 4-5 days ago. Cancellation was a secondary problem. The main problem was lack of communication. I was even told it would arrive at the destination at 5 PM, while I reached at 5:50 PM.

Staff is dealing very rudely. Bus did not enter in ISBT Guwahati. Information was not given properly to passengers.

Don't pick up from boarding point and departed before the time and can't pick up. Ticket was booked online and left us after reaching the boarding point 25 minutes before departure time. Then I told them to pick me up, but they said the bus had already departed. The operator said they will not refund and was misbehaving.

Overall good.

They dropped us 25km before the destination. Terrible  worst journey ever.

The condition of the bus is not satisfactory at all. I liked the staff behaviour and the rest stop hygiene. The live tracking has some issues as it doesn't show the accurate distance and time. Punctuality is okay.

I had the worst travel experience of my life on bus from Guwahati to Tezpur. I travel frequently, but I have never experienced something like this before. First, when I entered the bus, there was a very bad smell, including the smell of alcohol. When I asked the bus staff about it, I was told that a passenger was consuming alcohol inside the bus. After a few minutes, I noticed that the passenger sitting in seat number 5 was also drinking alcohol inside the bus, even though there were female passengers present. What was more disappointing was that the bus staff did not stop him or even warn him. Secondly, the bus did not depart on time and was considerably delayed, which made the overall experience even worse. This kind of service and lack of responsibility is not what I expected the operator should take such incidents seriously, ensure that passengers follow the rules, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and, based on this journey, I would not recommend to others. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and takes appropriate action.
