Bus breakdown issue. Stopped at LB Nagar.

Bus is not in good condition

Frequently stopping the bus in between passengers getting on and getting down full disturbance worst travel no cleaning, no washing bedsheets dirty smell.

Need to maintain more cleanliness, bua seems to be old.

I have not even travelled in the bus and they have marked as if i had travelled.

There is no punctuality at all. The pickup and drop-off services are delayed by more than one and a half hours, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the bed sheets are not being washed properly, and there is a bad smell in the bedsheets. Please address these issues immediately and ensure proper hygiene and punctuality going forward.

most worst experience ever had and pls don't book tickets in orange travels...bus is delayed for 4Hrs to pickup the passenger, it's not fair to bare the time punctuality...and the driver reason is telling useless reasons for the delay, organe travels organisation is not filled fuel in the bus I don't think it's a valid reason to delay and more over 1hr delay is acceptable for some traffic issues but not 4hrs so, kindly requested to all the passengers don't prefere orange travels at any cost and the service also very worst they don't even offered water bottle to passenger, and bus amenities also is not proper don't prefer orange travels

Delayed pickup, delayed drop, no prior info on dropping point change, no water bottle, rude driver or point of contact, no proper response from service when requested to connect with customer care. Will never again book this travels.

We didn’t even board the bus the driver didn’t stop the bus rude driver behavior refund us the money.
