I missed my bus due to misguided location given by staff.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The bus crew members, especially the driver and the conductor, were highly unprofessional and spoke very rudely. They did not call before the bus arrived, nor did they answer my phone calls when I tried to contact them. To make matters worse, the driver was driving very recklessly, and when I confronted him about it, he started arguing and fighting with me instead of correcting his behavior. This was a terrible experience with worst-in-class crew members. needs to take strict action against them.

Bus boarding point shows Trichy bus stand but bus did not come to bus stand. Staff asked to come outside the bus stand during rainy time.

The water had leaked continuously.

Very rough driving.

Bus was very late to its destination and Delhi was not in route but bus was coming from Delhi and the timing of bus to reach in destination was 11:55 but we reached our destination at 1:24. Very bad experience very late.
