I am literally late by 2 hours even at the time of pickup and at the time of drop. People plan their journey timing according to the timings shown but bus is not at all punctual and 2 hours is a long time. I am late for my office only because of this. Bus did not even stop as per decided 30 min stop at 23.00 PM. Why. While booking it showed toilet inside the bus but it's not there. Even where bus stopped for washroom breaks, those were not at all hygienic. Being a woman, I would have really appreciated at least a good washroom since this is a 15 hour long journey and still we are late by 2 hours. Even for pickup, bus timing was 5.15 but bus came at 7.00 PM. Why. Bus drop timing was 8.30 but still we are traveling and bus coordinator said bus will reach its destination by 10.30. Why.
