Bus was late more than an hour, should update timings properly approximately by considering traffic on weekend or long holidays, no point in keeping every day schedule as it is.

The drop-off time was 6 pm. Anyhow, we can bear up to 30 minutes delay, we can understand that, but now it's 7:27 and they didn't drop us. This must be cleared.

no punctuality, 3rd time I'm traveling. staff behaviour is good.

Sheets were dirty.

This was the worst service ever I have faced. If there was one or two issues manageable, this was literally the worst. Primarily, how does a passenger know where they stop for rest stop and at what time? There was no alert given for the rest stop. Later, when there was an emergency situation to urinate, I requested the bus driver but he made me wait for a very long time. As a person taking medicine, every individual might have different health conditions and would two minutes affect the entire journey? There was no charger point in working condition. When I updated about this, they casually told me it was not working and what could be done now. This is how the bus is maintained. Because my phone was out of charge, I was unable to even book a cab or pay online. I walked almost 4km. There was no water bottle provided and no charging point. Then why do they keep this as amenities available and gain money? Felt so disloyal and disappointed about the service.

The AC blower was broken, causing the AC to blow directly onto the face with no proper adjustments. Waste cloth was stuffed inside the AC blower. Really pathetic experience.

The quality of clothes is not up to the mark and AC is ideally full.

Hi driving is very slow sometimes rushing, no punctuality. Staff behaviour is not nice, very angry with us. Then we booked non AC bus because of some health issue, but they sent AC bus, actually they are cheating us. Boarding is very tiring, we are waiting for more than 1 hour. One of your staff after 1 o'clock lying in that passage, it is very difficult for passengers. Please rectify all this.

Charger plug not working. Time too late.

Driver not turning on AC. He is switching it off after the bus moves for some kilometres and applying sharp brakes. Due to this, one aged person got injured. Very disappointing journey
