This is the worst flatform to book bus tickets, don't book bus tickets below 3 rated busses.

The bus was cancelled at the very last minute. Such a disappointing experience.

I didn't travel in the bus. Operator cancelled at the time of boarding due to breakdown and change in bus facility was unavailable and made the trip terrible.

The bus service was very poor. The boarding time was 10:00 PM, but the actual pickup was only at 12:55 AM. The boarding point was Madiwala, and the pickup location was near the Silk Board DHL office entrance. The bus was extremely late and the overall service was very bad. I would not recommend booking this bus again.

One of the worst travels. 6hr late; 5.30 am they mentioned but arrived at 11.40 am. I booked 13 single seat but someone occupied my seat and bus side there is no response. They told me to adjust somewhere else. Don't book this bus at any cost.

Bus breakdown there was no proper response, and I could not cancel the bus ticket.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The bus was delayed by around 2.5 hours, and on top of that, the bus took the wrong route, went all the way through another route, and then came back, causing even more unnecessary delay and frustration. Not a single passenger on the bus seemed happy with the service. I would give this bus a zero rating if that were possible. I genuinely don’t think I have experienced a worse bus service. I booked one seat, but I was given a different seat. I tried calling the travel operator multiple times, but no one responded. I made nearly XXXX calls in a single day, yet there was absolutely no proper response. The owner himself switched off his phone instead of addressing the issue. The driver’s behaviour and driving were also extremely disappointing. The condition of the bus was not satisfactory either. I have never raised an escalation for any service in my life, but this is the first time I feel compelled to do so because of how badly this experience was handled. I strongly request the platform to review this operator and consider removing this travel service from the platform. At the very least, I hope the platform does not allow its name to be associated with such a poor and irresponsible service. Even if I have an emergency situation in the future, I would never book this service again. This experience was completely unacceptable.

6 hours delay.

I booked this bus, which was scheduled to depart at 9:30 PM. I called the driver, and he kept saying that the bus was coming, but it never arrived. I waited until 1:10 AM for more than 3.5 hours. The driver then stopped answering my calls, and his phone was always busy. This is the worst bus service I have ever experienced. I had to take another bus, which caused me additional expenses. Initially, I noticed that this operator had a very low rating, and now I understand why. Only poor reviews are there. Should seriously review this operator and consider removing them from the platform. I strongly advise passengers to not choose this bus.
