The bus was not properly maintained. The seats were dirty, and there was no bedsheet.

The worst experience I had till all my journeys, no in-time arrival. First, they told me to arrive fast as they were near. Later, when I arrived, they didn't even start from the stop. The live tracking is not working. Staff is responsible. Beds are uncomfortable. No pillows, worst smell. No hygiene in beds and curtains.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid rupees XXXX, but the service was not worth the money at all. There were no proper arrangements with two drivers, and the driving was extremely rash and unsafe. The driver was speeding excessively and showed no concern for passenger safety, even while passengers were sleeping. The seating was uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere inside the bus was terrible. The entire journey was stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. The management seriously needed to improve its driving standards, passenger safety, seating comfort, and overall service quality.

Bus is 45 mins late to boarding point and dropped at different dropping point with more than 1 hr late.

Bus was late by more than one hour. He dropped me at some other point which is very far from my booking drop point. Very worst experience ever.

The bus got cancelled from the operator side and the operator failed to refund the money. They literally steal our money.

Booked L5 seat, they forced and gave U3. Berth length is suitable only for short people. Arrival 1:15 hours late. Departure 2:30 hours late. Plug points not working anywhere in the bus. Drivers loud talking and constant horn noise - no peaceful travel. Drivers said themselves that clutch was not under control. Booking bus name does not match with the bus graphics.

Onboarding was scheduled at 12.15 am but arrived 2 hours late with minimal contact and did not even pick up at the scheduled onboarding point. No live tracking available, no contact response.

Very very very very worst travel experience. waste of money and time. intestinally delayed the vehicle where there was no traffic in mid night. online offline seat conflicts...more than 3 hours delayed when reached my destination and frustrated. I don't recommend this bus at any cause.

Really their pickup timing was 1 hour late and dropping time was 3 hours late more than estimation. Their seat allocation was also worst. I did not get my booked seat. Their seat allocation was worst.
