I booked a seat in the ladies section, and the company policy dictated that a woman seat must be next to another woman, yet an unknown man sat in the seat next to mine, making me feel very uncomfortable. The service provided was terrible. How could a man just come and sit next to a woman without permission. I booked believing the service was good and that a woman would reach home safely, but I never imagined the service would be this bad.

The bus was 2 house delay and might reached home delay because of timing I miss my 2nd bus now want I can do now.

First of all, the bus boarding time is 12:50, but it arrives at 2:15. At least provide basic tracking so that we can manage our time accordingly. Second, no water bottle was provided. Third, my seat number is 10A, and there is continuous water leaking from above, which has been falling on me. Overall, it has been a very bad experience.
