Very poor.

Although the scheduled arrival time at the hospital stop was 7:25, the bus arrived nearly an hour late. I didn't complain then, assuming the delay was due to traffic. We were travelling from Pune to Jalgaon Jamod with my 3-year-old child and my 75-year-old grandmother; she needed to get off at the Khandvi village stop, while we were going to Jalgaon Jamod. We had informed the staff about this beforehand. However, instead of stopping at the designated point, the driver and staff drove much further and forced my grandmother to disembark from the moving bus. As she is 75 years old, I had to hold her hand to help her step down; the bus didn't even wait for me to finish helping her and moved significantly ahead. They drove on with my luggage and my three-and-a-half-year-old child still inside, even though I pleaded with them to stop for just two minutes. They flatly refused, saying, We won't stop. Complain to our owner or anywhere else you like—it makes no difference to us. You can even report it to the RTO. Their behaviour towards the elderly lady and the small child was completely inappropriate and lacked basic humanity. I humbly request the agency to instruct their staff to treat passengers—especially the elderly and small children—with proper care and respect.

This girl texted me over 5 times in message and told me to rate your service 5star and when I denied to rate she called me and told that no need of talking nonsense. Your services and staff behavior was pathetic. I would never ever want to travel by your bus. Also I filed a police complaint against this lady. How dared she to talk to me like that. I had a recording of that call also.

Too old and noisy, burnt blankets with holes.

Rest all was good, but the driver was continuously honking in the morning unnecessarily and was not ready to stop for even 5-10 mins while I was just nearby stuck in traffic.

Very worst sleeping facility in this bus.

Bus was late by 3 hrs due to its puncture. I will not recommend booking this bus.
