Late.

Worst experience ever in my life on every need improvement, apart from staff behavior rest are totally need improvement.

At least there should be some space to keep luggage of passengers. Overall worst experience.

One hour late arrival at pickup point, too much late to reach destination, and the bus was loaded with all commercial fruit parcels and other items which were dropped in various locations on the way. It consumed unnecessary time of passengers. Because of the loading of commercial large parcels, there was no space for passenger luggage and hence had to keep the luggage with the passengers near their foot and on the floor of the bus, making it very uncomfortable for every passenger on the bus. There were other minor issues, like some fans not working properly. I wanted to give a negative rating but you only have as low as 1.

The bus was supposed to drop us off in Shillong at 3 am, however, let's say the road was in bad condition so we reached at 6 am. Then the staff took another route and dropped us near Umiam Lake which is 10 kilometers outside Shillong city. Pure nonsense! We had to book a local taxi to get into the city which charged me almost half the bus ticket price. Totally unfair treatment for the passengers.

This bus was very worst. Every bus's staff has very worst behaviour. And driver  drinking whiskey. Yesterday bus departed at 6 pm and Guwahati arrived today 10.30 am. Jaysika bus first and last time journey in my life.

We have still not reached the destination. Too much late.

Extremely disappointing experience on Night Super Bus AS-01MC-9581. The bus operator loaded large quantities of fruit as cargo, and what should have been a direct overnight journey turned into a cargo run — the bus stopped repeatedly along the way to unload produce, with total disregard for passenger time or comfort. This added nearly two hours of delay, and the presence of perishable goods on board raised serious hygiene concerns. The driver showed no concern for either the schedule or passenger convenience throughout. For a service marketed as "super," this is a clear breach of what passengers are paying for. Please avoid this bus.

The price is too high for the middle class passengers like us. So, I request the association to please keep the price at a level that everyone can afford.
