Good experience.

I had the worst experience with this bus service. The bus was around 2 hours late and there was no proper communication regarding the delay. Even after calling several times, they were not answering the calls properly. After waiting for around 2 hours, they put us on a different bus without informing us in advance. They did not even call to inform us when the bus finally arrived. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, and the legroom was very limited. The bus did not drop us at the promised dropping point either. There was no drinking water provided, and even the seat numbers were not properly mentioned. Overall, it was a very poorly managed service with no proper communication or customer support.

Sitting not comfortable in long journey.

Bus delayed by 1:30 hrs. Operator and driver were not responding to calls. Bus was very poor, no leg room, no blanket, no water bottle, hygiene poor. Overall suffered through the entire journey.

Bus was too uncomfortable and they don't even provide us water. The seat was too small and uncomfortable, and they don't even know the meaning of management. Also, they don't know about seat numbers. We booked five seats and got only four seats. Too cheap, too bad, very bad experience. One more thing is that the bus was on rent by Himalayans. The bus was very uncomfortable. Please ignore them when booking.

Driver was very irritating and he was constantly on call while driving the bus.

This operator is fraud and outsources to substandard local buses. Don’t book with them otherwise it would be sheer wastage of money. It’s a shame on MMT that such fraudsters are allowed on platform to cheat common people.

The bus experience was worst, it was my first time I had to book a bus below 4/4.5 rating(this bus had 2.9 at that time), the bus had to arrive at 9:00 pm but it arrived at 10:15 pm. It was the first time I didn't get a single call from the driver before the boarding which was very unusual for me, because I have travelled with so many travels , Zingbus, Vacation Express, Flixbus, Deltin, mostly all the buses have been very good in terms of communication except this. Also the driver didn't even inform that they would do their dinner before Mandi, and I had my exam which got finished at 4pm and because of the rush I didn't even do the dinner because I thought they would stop at some place but they didn't due to which I had to do my whole journey without dinner that too after being extremely tired from the exams. Then comes the next part, the bus sockets were total shit, the one between the seats weren't working, so they had some external power sockets on the wall which were very uncomfortable for charging. Overall the experience wasn't good I won't lie and see I have no interest in writing bad things unnecessarily but I'd say prefer popular bus services and please please don't ignore the ratings while booking the bus.

Very very very bad experience with this bus.

They scammed their travellers. They are frauds. Last minute they changed our bus and it was delayed by 4 hours and then they did not even provide us a Volvo which we booked. They provided us a random and basic bus only. This is total discomfort. A lot to say, but now I am in a hurry so this is it.
