Poorly maintained bus. Was very unclean and blankets were not fresh.

Worst ride where there was no AC and not at all clean.

Absolute experience. Extremely poor seats. Zero comfort. Poor cleanliness. AC was blasted on at 16 degrees and at full speed causing me to shiver through the night.

On time, excellent bus condition and AC, good rest stops and professional staff. Great experience overall.

Overall, my journey with DLT from Bangalore to Sulthan Bathery was good, but the comfort level was affected mainly by the age of the bus. The AC was working well, and the bus was clean and well maintained from a cleanliness point of view. The staff behaviour was good, and the bus was punctual as well. Overall, the service and staff were satisfactory. However, the bus itself felt quite old. There was considerable noise and noticeable jerking during the journey, along with body rolling. Whenever the bus went over a pothole or an uneven section of the road, the impact was felt quite strongly inside the sleeper. Because of this, the level of comfort was not what I would normally expect from a sleeper bus. I believe the main area for improvement is the condition and age of the bus. If a newer or better-maintained bus is operated on this route, the overall travel experience would be much more comfortable. Apart from this issue, the staff behaviour, punctuality, cleanliness and AC were all good. Overall, a satisfactory service, but the bus’s age significantly affected the travel comfort.

Overall experience was good but AC can be better. It was too cold sometimes.

Driving was good. But there was no conductor in the trip.

The AC wasn’t set to the right temperature or fan speed. After repeated requests, they only lowered the temperature a bit and increased the fan speed for brief periods. Throughout the journey, it didn’t help much to request, and they kept making excuses as well. It got too humid and uncomfortable to travel. Managed somehow, the environment was maintained at a level that you’d be able to just about manage. The seats and space were good, but with the delay in the journey and AC issues, it did not feel at all like a primo experience. So much money spent wasn’t worth it at all. Would not recommend. Any other bus would do.

Worst bus experience ever. The bus was old and damaged, the AC was not working, and the overall condition was terrible. It was listed as Primo, but the service was far from it. Charges are high, but the facilities are the worst.

Dirty blankets, no window view, misbehaving conductor. Pathetic driving, couldn’t sleep at all.
