The bus did not provide blankets despite it being an AC bus, making it very uncomfortable.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided during my journey from Berhampur to Bhubaneswar. Booking details were hidden. I would like to highlight some serious service failures. I contacted the staff before departure to confirm the boarding point and was informed that the bus would depart from Haladia Padar Bus Stand at 02:45 PM. I reached the boarding point at 02:35 PM, but the bus was not there. Later, I discovered that the scheduled bus had already departed at 02:27 PM, without properly informing me. Subsequently, I was transferred to another bus, which resulted in a very uncomfortable and disappointing journey. The bus stopped at multiple locations and picked up passengers from different places, making the journey extremely inconvenient. Despite the scheduled arrival time of 06:00 PM, I finally reached Bhubaneswar at 07:23 PM, causing a delay of 1 hour and 23 minutes. This was completely unacceptable. Passengers paid for a service with the expectation of proper arrangements, punctuality, comfort, and professional behavior. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met. I was requesting a full refund of my ticket fare of XXXX. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental stress, and poor travel experience. A proper investigation into the conduct and service quality. I had attached my ticket screenshot as supporting evidence. Please did not treat this as a routine complaint. I expected a serious investigation and a satisfactory resolution. If this matter was not resolved appropriately, I would consider escalating the complaint to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. Regards.

It's a very old bus. Seats are worn out.

Worst experience, not into comfort, staff behaviour is not good.

There could be blanket! Otherwise, punctuality is good, arrived at destination an hour before.

Very poor service, unclean seat and suffocating environment with a very stubborn conductor. Lights are blue and foul smelling, very congested seats. The photos shared in MMT are completely different from the reality.
