I am writing this to highlight the extremely poor customer service provided by bus on my recent journey. To start with, the bus driver refused to wait even 5 minutes at the pickup point, despite my explicit request and explanation that I was briefly delayed due to heavy traffic. The bus left without any prior call or notice. Fortunately, staff from another bus belonging to the same travel agency helped me catch up with it, which was the only reason I was giving 2 stars instead of 1. If the operator claimed to be so strict and punctual regarding pickup times, I expected that same standard across the entire journey. However, the service fell completely short on multiple fronts: missing amenities: no water bottle or blanket was provided, despite these being standard inclusions. Non-functional electronics: neither the charging socket nor the reading light at my seat was working. Unprofessional staff: at the rest stop, the bus staff continuously shouted at passengers to board immediately as soon as they finished their dinner, showing zero basic courtesy. Poor rest stop facilities: the designated halt lacked even basic, clean washroom facilities for female passengers, let alone men. Severe destination delay: despite strictly refusing to wait 5 minutes for passengers at pickup, the bus arrived at my destination at 7:15 AM instead of the scheduled 6:30 AM arrival. Who was held accountable for this 45-minute delay. This was my very first time traveling with bus, and it was a pathetic, deeply unsatisfactory experience. I had XXXX in wallet/rewards that I had no intention of using, as I would never book with this operator again, nor would I recommend it to my friends or family.

The back seat that we booked was not worth it due to too much vibrating effects.
