Worst journey ever. Not a proper timing; they write 7pm to 11pm for my destination and it is 12:45am, still I am not at my destination. The bus is not well maintained, and the driver is not friendly. They are taking more passengers and making them rest in the bus gallery. The baggage storage is full as they have taken transport materials, and they do not open their baggage in the bus. I was forced to keep my bags near my seat. Worst experience. Never want to travel on this bus again.

Its pathetic how the staff is literally begging to give rating on the app. Instead of forcing people to rate, have some decency. I hope the management will give a thought about the same.

If the pillows were less rigid I would give 5 rating.

I would have given 5 rating, but they are forcing for rating and asking multiple times to rate and provide screenshot.

Drunk person sat on my seat. When I tried to move, they argued with me. I complained to staff and they moved my seat somewhere else. If I am paying money for that seat, staff should know that it's booked.

Drunk person held my seat and argued with me. Whole night he was saying something. I asked to change my seat but they denied.
