I don't know why people are giving negative feedback. I got KA registered bus, it has beautiful backrest. Rest stop is good but the prices are too too too high. For example: pani puri is XX, samosa is XX, dosa is XXX. Driving a little bit rash, because when I saw early morning my bottle and 2 seats people's water bottles went down. I put my bag on bag rack, the bag fell down. The seat comfort is too good. Pickup just 2 minutes late at Hebbal. Dropping was 40 minutes early at Panjagutta. Best bus ever I have seen. Staff was good.

There was water leaking from the roof of the bus. My handbag with dress completely got wet when I reached Bangalore.

The bus seat wasn't well maintained. The seat was fully dusty

My luggage was completely wet. My bag and clothes were wet and I was not able to use them. This is so disgusting. I was having a meeting the next day and my dress kept in the bag could not be used.

Bus was on time, journey was comfortable

Keep the Chennai office clean and no restroom was available on that day.

Will never travel on this bus service again.

Everything was good and comfortable.

Bus didn’t go to the final drop point. Stopped near Rohini theatre and asked us to get down on the road. It was raining and the place was waterlogged. Worst part, even before we came out of the bus, our luggage was pulled out and kept in a pool of drainage water on the road. I had a taxi booked from the final drop point; even that was wasted.

It was good.
