They didn't have luggage space in their bus nor did they have my luggage in some better place so that I could sleep properly. I had to keep all my luggage on the seat itself, and half of the seat was full of my luggage because I had one trolley, one bag, and two toad bags with me. So, they should put luggage in the luggage space provided in the bus so that all the passengers can sleep peacefully.

I booked upper deck 3rd seat from behind but they gave me last lower deck seat and it was so unfortunate and dirty. There were small stones on the seat; we cleaned it ourselves. For the seat, they gave me a reason that we can't do anything; it was assigned from our office and your seat is already taken. Please adjust. Will never recommend this to anyone. Really had a bad experience.
