attender & Driver behaviour is rude. not stop for food, restroom. some place missing the passenger.no response for passengers. ac not good,air only comming not chillness. mobile charger not working in all place. Nepal registration vechicle so old and over sound & vibration. very bad experience with universal travels

Very worst travels ever. 11 hours traveling changing into 16 hours and no food stopping, driver doesn't know the route and stops. My stop is Vadaseari but I am dropped out 3 km away from my stop. Very worst.
