Despite being a luxurious sleeper bus with great suspension, the driver's rough driving style made the ride extremely uncomfortable. The constant shaking, especially in the back seats, made it impossible to sleep.

The bus arrived 1.5 hours late and the staff did not bother to inform the passengers in advance. Many of us were stranded in the rain for more than an hour. Rash driving probably to cope with the lost time. The driver was blowing the horn throughout the journey. The travel was very uncomfortable and I could not sleep despite booking a sleeper.
