We booked it till Yeshwanthpur, but they dropped us at Mahalaxmi metro stop and told us this was the last stop. They said they have the bus parking there and will not be going forward.

As someone who travelled frequently, I had by far the worst experience. The staff charged me extra for my luggage just because I put my luggage in a carton box and I was ready to open and show it. Despite the boarding being at 7:30 PM, there were no dinner breaks or ample washroom breaks. The staff behavior was also rude. Even though the vehicle was well maintained, the experience from staff ruined the entire journey. Overall not recommended.

Overall, the journey was good, but I would like to share some feedback regarding the air freshener used inside the bus. I have been travelling on the same route for the past 20 years, but I have never experienced anything like this before. The fragrance was extremely strong and caused me a headache, making it impossible to sleep throughout the night. I informed the driver about the issue, and he explained that an automatic air freshener was installed at the rear of the bus and sprayed every 20 minutes. I requested him to stop it for the night, but unfortunately, I did not receive a proper response. As a result, I had to use my handkerchief as a mask throughout the journey to avoid the strong smell. I hope you avoid using strong fragrances inside the bus, as passengers may have allergies, asthma, or sensitivity to such smells, which could cause severe discomfort and potentially affect their health. If using an air freshener is necessary, please consider a very mild fragrance and limit its use to once or twice during an 11–12-hour journey.
