If you don't go to the provided dropping points then why keep it as an option while booking the bus. Wanted to go to KR Pura but it's not going there, had to alight at Marathahalli. Absolute terrible experience.

Very disappointing journey from Bangalore to Kozhikode. The bus was shaking heavily throughout the trip, making it impossible to sit comfortably or sleep. I regularly travel on this route and have never faced such an uncomfortable journey before. Very poor experience.
