Seats are uncomfortable and mattresses are dirty ac was not cooling... too much cost paid for this bus.

Resting stop was unhygienic. AC was not working properly. Seat was not comfortable. Reaching time delayed one and a half hours.

One blanket was provided. Make My Trip did not specify that the selected seats would not be given. The seating chart shown on Make My Trip does not exist in the bus.

Very dirty bus and smelling inside. Old bus was there. They mentioned fake photos in bus details.

The bus service was extremely disappointing. We paid XXXXX for a reserved seat, but the bus conductor was allowing local passengers to board and sit by taking additional money. This made the journey very uncomfortable and unfair for passengers who had already paid for their reservations. Moreover, the bus was stopping frequently and moving very slowly, which caused unnecessary delays and made the overall journey frustrating. We paid a significant amount expecting a comfortable and timely journey, but the service was completely unsatisfactory. Please look into this issue and take appropriate action against the bus operator/conductor.
