Driver and assisting staff are not supporting the passengers while onboarding. They urge aged people and children to get into the bus within a very short duration at the boarding point.

Complete wheel noise and transmission noise inside cabin and vibration and no power for charger point. Driver was friendly and cabin cleanliness was good.
