Ladies get restrooms, gents get nature. Pickup late by 20 mins, reached 40 mins late. Staff behaviour nothing to write about.

The bus overall was neat, the bed was comfortable, and the second driver who took over later in the trip was exceptionally polite, drove smoothly, and even agreed to a convenient stop request nicely. However, the first driver assigned to the night shift was a massive disappointment. He was excessively and unnecessarily blaring the horn every couple of minutes past midnight, making it impossible for anyone to sleep. When I first tried to communicate with the conductor, who was non-Malayalam speaking and couldn't understand the issue, I went directly to the driver to kindly request him to use the horn only when required. Instead of understanding, the driver responded with utter arrogance. When I calmly stood my ground and told him he cannot drive purely based on his whims and needs to follow traffic rules, his attitude was completely unprofessional. While he did reduce the honking slightly after that exchange, the driving style and arrogance ruined the first half of the journey. Management needs to counsel this particular driver on basic passenger etiquette, but kudos to the replacement driver and the clean interiors for salvaging the trip later on.

They left us behind when stuck in traffic. They did not even wait for one minute and we ran behind the bus for 2 km with luggage and a six-year-old boy. Then we took a cab and chased the bus for nearly 6 km to catch it and paid XXXXX for the cab.
