The service was not good at all. First of all, my ticket was booked for 10:30, but on the day of the journey, I received a call from the driver three hours earlier saying that I would have to travel in the 8:00 bus, otherwise my ticket would be cancelled. Because of the early booking change, I had to pay extra charges for the hotel booking as well. Overall, I will never be part of this journey.

The travel experience was very bad. The bus windows were neither opening nor closing properly. The charging points were not working at all. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing journey
